  • Wellness Pay To show our appreciation for monthly Perfect Attendance, employees will receive a half Days pay for each month of perfect attendance if still employed on February 15th of the following calendar year.

The company offers a referral bonus for each employee referred. After 30 days an employee receives $50.00 if the referred friend is still employed. After six months an additional $50.00 will be given if the employee is still employed.
  • Training Days Our company offers several professional development programs which include First Aid & CPR. The 40 Hour Child Care Training Course mandated by the State of Florida
