About our staff

Our Alphabetland Preschool Programs are supervised by an experienced Preschool Director, meeting the educational credentials required by law. Our Directors are on-site daily to supervise staff and ensure that a safe, quality preschool program is being provided.

Our Alphabetland teachers are degreed and certified. All staff members have been fingerprinted and background screened and meet the medical requirements set forth by law. They also receive a mandatory four hour orientation prior to beginning their position that includes such Important topics as How to Speak to Children, Guidelines for Working With Children, Positive Reinforcement and
Guidance Techniques. All staff are required to take the 40-hour Child Care and Training course mandated by law, CPR and First Aid, as well as 10 hours of in-service training yearly.
